[ Shipping ]
CIPCO may directly deliver within the Toronto | GTA area and received parts must be inspected at time of delivery. Your signature indicates all parts received in good condition at time of delivery.
CIPCO may also use a local same day delivery service within the Toronto | GTA area and received parts must be inspected at time of delivery. Your signature indicates all parts received in good condition at time of delivery.
CIPCO may use a courier service such as FedEx, Purolator or UPS to ship parts outside the Toronto | GTA area and throughout the country. When you receive your part by this method, you are highly encouraged to inspect the part at time of delivery and compare with old part or opposite side to ensure the correct part was received especially if the VIN was not provided to us when you placed your order. Please do not wait inspecting the part received. If there are any issues we need to be notified as soon as possible and not a few days after the part has been delivered to you.
NOTE: CIPCO does not sell and does not ship any broken parts. All parts are carefully inspected by multiple employees during the entire process of picking the part, cleaning, preparing and prior to shipping.

[ Returns ]
Generally, electrical automotive lighting parts such as headlights, fog lights, daytime running lights, tail lights and Xenon / LED module / ballast are considered special order parts and should only be ordered from us when and if you need it. Keep in mind that we have a very limited supply, so please only order when and if you need it.
Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date you receive the part from CIPCO.
Up to 30 days without any restocking fees. If you’re not going to use it once delivered to you, we would appreciate it if you could return the part back to us as soon as you possibly can instead of just holding it for weeks on end. As with many of our parts, we have a very limited quantity available and if you’re not going to use our part we would like to be able to serve some of our other customers who may be need this part.
If more then 30 days but less then 60 days have gone by since you received the part, you may still return it, however a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your total purchased price less any shipping charges that you may have paid. There are no returns after 60 days from the date you received the part. Please only order if you need one of the parts we carry.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
New OEM Parts – must be in the same new and undamaged condition, not installed or tried on any vehicle and in the manufacturer’s box if that’s how you received it.
Used OEM Parts – must also be in the same clean undamaged condition as when you received it.
Any damage or missing mounting tabs, obvious abuse such as broken mounting tabs, missing parts [ ie: ballast, modules, xenon bulb etc... ] deep scratches on the front lens and or cracked lens are not accepted. Complete headlight assemblies that includes the module, ballast, xenon bulb etc… must be returned the same way as you received it.
CIPCO identifies all of it’s parts to ensure you are returning the same part you purchased from us. Look for a silver sticker with our name on it “CIPCO” and the words “ Do Not Remove “ usually located on the back and bottom housing of the part. This sticker should not be removed. Any part returned without this identification will not be accepted.
Returns should be shipped back using a tracking capable shipping service such as FedEx, Purolator or UPS and insured for the original purchased price. Return shipping cost is not refundable by CIPCO if you are returning the part based on reasons like, lost job, changed my mind, no longer needed etc... - Return shipping cost will only be covered by CIPCO if it's a fault or a mistake on our end.
All returns must be sent back to us at the following address below including the original invoice.

Once your return is received, inspected by us and all conditions above have been met, we will notify you and commence a swift refund to your original method of payment within 1 to 2 business days.

We will exchange a part if it is delivered to you defective or damaged and if we have a replacement part in stock at the time you notify us.

Used clean & undamaged OEM Automotive Lighting Parts from CIPCO come with a 90 day warranty.

Please note: CIPCO has a very limited quantity of automotive lighting parts in stock in both brand new OEM and used OEM. We encourage you to purchase it if we have it in stock and if you need it for repairs. We cannot guarantee availability of any part at a later time.

[ Handling of Automotive Lighting Parts ]
Many of today's automotive lighting parts if not all are very fragile because of the numerous mounting tabs and guide pins they’re equipped with and we recommend to always use both hands to handle. Never grab a headlight by one of the mounting tabs as it may easily snap off. Do not drop or throw lighting part as mounting tabs or guide pins may break off. The front clear plastic lens of any headlight or tail light should never be placed down on any floor, hard or rough surface as it will definitely scratch it. Some tail light lenses have sharp edges and can very easily break when mishandled.
